Fishing in the Verdon

If you plan to stay for a few days, an excellent address is the two-star campsite of Le Carjuan - +33 (0)4 92 83 70 94 - on the banks of the river Verdon. It is a favoured place of a great many fishing enthusiasts.
You can find all kinds of information in Safari, the fishing shop in Castellane - +33 (0)4 92 83 70 48 - in particular the water levels of the river (this is crucial before you enter the gorges du Verdon).
